How we help around the world The Society in Scotland frequently donates to international appeals. The National Council of Scotland make an initial donation for any appeal and Conferences are welcome to donate further. All our appeal monies go through Council General International in Paris to ensure the help gets to people on the ground i.e. the SSVP working in that country.
