St Andrews and Edinburgh caravan booking instructions

When you have paid and found a family, log on to the Society website www.ssvpscotland.com and choose Caravan Holidays from the menu on the left. A list of sites will appear along with information about each one. On the right of the list is a column. Click on apply for the site you were allocated. The application form appears. You select your Group Council, your Conference and the start date from three dropdown lists and enter your password. A list appears with the slots which you have paid for and you select the one you want. Click Fill in form button. You fill in the usual details of the family and yourself. For Seton Sands you select a caravan. You are asked to select 88 only if the family needs a ramp or if it is the only caravan left. You click Save Changes ( or Clear changes to start afresh). You click the Print button and your confirmation letter and other information is printed. The site will expect a member to present the letter before handing over the keys. You click the Site Location link to see a map, site sketch and instructions to get to the site.
