This is a charity that accepts donations of bikes: Bikes for Refugees.

It may be that your conference members or their families or parish members will be getting new bikes for Christmas and this is a good way of putting old ones to good use. It’s very helpful for refugees who are having difficulty getting and paying for public transport.
