The Mini Vinnies at St Bartholomew’s Primary School in the Diocese of Motherwell have had a wonderfully busy Lent. They organised a bake sale, gathered donations for a food bank, and even delivered the items themselves.
They welcomed Bob from Mary’s Meals and Frances from SCIAF, who came in to share the amazing work their charities do. To help raise funds, the Mini Vinnies planned a series of fun Friday activities, including Crazy Hair Day, Mixed-Up Clothes Day, Wear Green for St Patrick’s Day, Guess the Bunny’s Birthday, and an Easter Egg Raffle.
A big well done to St Bartholomew’s and all our Mini Vinnies pupils for their fantastic enthusiasm and kindness throughout Lent.
